PHERECLOS Sailor: Children’s Science Articles

A PHERECLOS Sailor Badge is awarded to persons showing interest and basic knowledge in the concept of Open Schooling.

The Sailor Badge is a sign of involvement and participation. It is the first sign of being part of an Open Schooling culture.

Children’s science articles were developed in co-operation of SnellmanEDU‘s Children’s University, Tiedetuubi, University of Eastern Finland and schools in Norhern Savo. The co-operation provided participating teachers and teacher-students experiences on engaging pupils in science using science articles.
