Short Description

The program p[ART] promotes sustainable multi-year partnerships between schools and cultural institutions. Pupils are given insights into artistic productions and they experience cultural institutions. They become artistically active themselves, the cultural institution is turning into a place of learning and working. The institutions themselves are learning more about the worlds of children and young people and the school system.

Objectives

Promoting sustainable multi-year partnerships between schools and cultural institutions: getting to know each other, exchanging ideas, looking behind the scenes, visiting each other, developing ideas together, were the basis for several years of cooperation and were the beginning of every partnership.

Methodology

p[ART] promoted collaborations on several levels: pupils became artistically active themselves, experienced cultural offers, the cultural institution as a place of learning and work, and were given insights into artistic productions. Cultural institutions learned more about the worlds of children and young people and about the school system.
